Duration: 05 Nights / 06 Days Places Covered: Guruvayoor - Munnar -Kumarakom- Alleppey - Cochin Day 1: Arrive Guruvayoor Begin your tour Arrive into Guruvayoor Welcome to Vardman's " Guruvayoor Temple Tour "! On arrival in Guruvayoor, you will be met and transferred by Vardhman's representative to your hotel. Relax for some time. Later visit Kalpathy and Palghat/Palakkad. In the evening you will be taken to Punnathur Kotta, 2 km away from Guruvayoor, visit Punnathur Elephant Camp where more than sixty elephants are reared. Overnight: Hotel Day 2: Guruvayoor - Munnar Early morning darshan at the Guruvayoor temple. Come back to your hotel for breakfast and then drive to Munnar. On arrival check in at hotel. Later proceed for an exciting local tour of Munnar. Visit Eravikulam National Park where you can see the very rare mountain goats locally called the Nilgiri Tahr, Pothamedu (view of tea, coffee &cardamom plantation & breath taking hills &lush mountains) the Echo point, Thoovanam falls, Top station Diary farm, Mattupety Lake & dam etc. Overnight: Hotel Day 3: Munnar -Kumarakom Early morning drive down to Kumarakom view the scenic picturesque landscapes on your way. Check in at the Hotel on the banks of the Vembanad Lake. Spend the evening at leisure. Overnight: Hotel Day 4: Kumarakom- Alleppey To experience the best of Kerala, go aboard an exciting houseboat cruise along the Kerala backwaters. Morning drive to Alleppey and check in to the houseboat on arrival. The overnight cruise takes you from Alleppey allowing you to enjoy serene surroundings en route. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served on board. Overnight: A/C Deluxe Housboat Day 5: Alleppey-Cochin The houseboat comes to halt this morning. Disembark the houseboat and drive to Cochin. On arrival check at your hotel. Later proceed for a city tour of Cochin. Visit the major attractions like Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church and Chinese Fishing Nets etc. Evening attend the Kathakali dance performance.
